The Principal Officer / General Manager assists the Board in meeting its fiduciary and oversight obligations in line with the Fund Rules. They also represent ZEIPF and ZESA Staff Pension Fund on a policy level and have overall responsibility for financial reporting, Fund rule amendments, and asset-liability valuations.
They implement Board decisions and Strategic Objectives, supported by the Management Committee (MANCO).
The current Principal Officer/General Manager is Mr. Bright Kondo.
