The Zimbabwe Electricity Industry Pension Fund (ZEIPF) is refurbishing an existing three storey building located in Harare’s mixed use hospital hub of the Avenues into a Specialized Medical Centre. The completed complex will be occupied by the prestigious Baines Imaging Group.
Construction commenced in October 2018 with the building set to be operational by the end of the year 2019. This will be a valuable addition to the Fund’s portfolio and represent its first hospital, a sign of progression and more to come as the organization seeks to expand and diversify its property investments for the benefit of the members. The finished product is set to be a modern complex where modern sophisticated medical diagnostics and surgery will take place.
